Ordering

How long does it take receive an item once order is placed?

All items are handmade. Please give 7-21 business days (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE!)  to receive your order. In some situations you could receive your order sooner.

Once shipped..

US Orders will take between 1-3 days depending on location.

international orders take between 5-10 business days.

How do I rush an order?

Rush orders are excepted for a fee. You can pay an extra $30.00 to guarantee your items in 7 business days

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and also take PayPal.

Can you make me a custom design that is not on the site?

We are not taking custom orders at the moment.

I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach Customer Service?

Shipping

Shipping is done with USPS. 

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

 You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours that your order is shipped. You can use that tracking number at usps.com

Returns & Refunds

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Exchanges may be made within 7 days after you receive your package.
